Insensitive Group

Whatever happend to customer service. This place surely forgot what it is not to mention they forgot how much harder it is for parent who has a child with special needs. This group is fairly insensitive when it comes to the needs of the parents and consumers. There is no bond between child and therapist. To them it seems as if it's just another dreaded day at work. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values customer service and empathy towards others.
